My husband and I were in a bit of a funk lately, and after this movie and a wonderful discussion, the slate has been wiped clean.
We are truly lucky and blessed to have each other.

new year routines

hi y’all,

so instead of ‘resolutions’ i like to adapt my routines for the new year to make them bigger and better.

1. drink more water!! (i like to do this by drinking herbal tea! i find it easier this way.)
2. wash makeup brushes weekly (so hard to stick to this… but i gotta try!)
3. don’t poke and prod my face in front of the mirror! this includes plucking (i get carried away…)
4. go. to. bed. earlier. (i get very distracted around bedtime!)

today hubby and i are attending a wedding of a family friend.
not only is it nice to be reminded of when WE were up there exchanging vows,
